Under this annual service contract, Prove IT manages, maintains, and optimizes all aspects of the IT environment including network infrastructure (switches, routers, access points, and cabling), server and storage administration, desktop and workstation support, CCTV and access control system maintenance, preventive maintenance, incident response with defined SLAs, and IT procurement and hardware lifecycle management.
Services Included
A dedicated IT engineer and remote monitoring team oversee daily operations, with continuous monitoring through professional network tools to ensure uptime and early issue detection. Regular monthly on-site maintenance visits are conducted, along with detailed performance and incident reports. Emergency response procedures ensure quick resolution of critical issues, minimizing business disruption, while coordination with software vendors and ISPs is also provided.
Execution and Compliance
All services are executed under defined SLAs, ITIL practices, and HSE compliance guidelines. Preventive maintenance routines, backup strategies, workstation health checks, and security verifications are conducted systematically. Documentation, inventory control, and maintenance logs are maintained throughout the contract period.
