Complete VoIP Call Center System | Designed & Implemented by Prove IT

Prove IT successfully delivered a fully integrated VoIP Call Center System for Khadamat Facilities Management at Al Ain University, enabling centralized communication flows, faster response times, and streamlined service coordination across all departments.

The project covered the entire deployment lifecycle, including design, supply, installation, and configuration of an enterprise-grade IP-PBX communication platform built to meet Khadamat’s operational requirements and future scalability needs.

The new Call Center System unifies communication between:
