Project Overview

Prove IT successfully completed a comprehensive IT infrastructure and technology enhancement project for the Sharjah Classic Cars Club, aiming to modernize and upgrade the facility’s internal network, communication systems, and digital experience. The project included the full design, supply, and implementation of structured cabling, network cabinets, telephone systems, interactive displays, and upgraded IT hardware to ensure long-term performance. A robust network backbone using CAT6 and fiber-optic cabling was deployed to connect all administrative and exhibition areas, providing stable and high-speed connectivity. Multiple network cabinets were installed with managed PoE switches, patch panels, and labeling systems to centralize network operations. A new telephone communication system was also integrated, ensuring unified internal connectivity. As part of the digital modernization plan, interactive display screens were installed across key visitor areas to enhance engagement, while existing computers were replaced with high-performance units to improve speed and software compatibility.

Infrastructure and Technology

All systems were deployed under a unified IT infrastructure, including optimized cabling layout, Fluke-certified testing, network segmentation, and full documentation. The project adhered to TIA/EIA standards and the client's IT security policies.

Execution and Compliance

All infrastructure components—including CAT6 cabling, fiber-optic links, managed PoE switches, telephone systems, and interactive displays—were installed following certified methodologies and compliance procedures.

Outcome

The outcome included significantly improved network performance, communication efficiency, and visitor experience, with interactive screens now serving as digital hubs for exhibitions and educational sessions. The structured cabling and upgraded hardware also created a strong foundation for future smart and automation systems.
