Project Overview
Prove IT successfully executed a complete IT infrastructure and security systems modernization project for the Community Development Authority (CDA) branch in Al Hudaiba – Dubai, aiming to upgrade and unify low-voltage systems for stable connectivity, enhanced performance, and improved security monitoring. The project included renewing the entire structured cabling infrastructure, deploying a fiber-optic backbone for higher inter-department speed, installing IP-based CCTV cameras across all key indoor and outdoor areas, and deploying Wi-Fi access points to ensure seamless connectivity throughout the facility. A full site assessment and network audit were performed to identify required upgrades, followed by the implementation of a unified plan integrating CAT6A cabling, fiber links, and PoE-enabled switches.
Infrastructure and Technology
The technical work involved installing new network cabinets, patch panels, and fiber termination enclosures to centralize network operations. CCTV systems were linked to a centralized NVR with 45-day HD storage and secure remote access. Access points were strategically positioned to support staff and guest Wi-Fi networks with proper VLAN segmentation.
Execution and Compliance
All work adhered to Dubai Government IT standards, OSHAD, and HSE requirements, with full Fluke-certified testing.
Outcome
The final outcome delivered a modern, high-speed, and secure IT environment that improved inter-department communication, strengthened wireless performance, and ensured continuous security monitoring. This project reinforces Prove IT ’s leadership in government-grade infrastructure solutions aligned with Dubai’s digital transformation vision.
