The project involved renewing and optimizing more than 500 Wi-Fi Access Points across guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, with the objective of improving coverage, enhancing signal stability, and delivering seamless high-speed connectivity aligned with modern hospitality requirements.

Project Scope & Technical Strategy

The scope included the replacement, configuration, and optimization of the hotel’s entire Wi-Fi infrastructure using high-performance dual-band access points (2.4GHz & 5GHz). Prove IT developed a detailed renewal strategy to ensure uniform coverage, increased bandwidth capacity, and enhanced network reliability across all hotel floors and facilities. Prior to implementation, the engineering team conducted extensive RF signal mapping and coverage analysis to determine the ideal placement of access points and to identify areas requiring signal improvement or interference mitigation.

Implementation & Network Integration

A total of 500 access points were replaced and configured using the existing CAT6 cabling and PoE-managed switches.
